Dynamatic Bags Three Defence Licenses

Dynamatic Technologies Limited, the Indian private giant which produces highly specialised engineering products for various crucial sectors such as defence, aerospace and automotive components, has received three industrial defence production licenses from the Indian government.

Bangalore based Dynamatic Technologies has received the license to industrially produce heavy vehicles such as battle tanks, land systems and sub-systems. Besides that, it has received two more licenses that will enable it to manufacture two more defence products, namely the Distribution Mechanism and Hydraulic Coupling which will be fitted on Heavy Armoured Vehicles.

These three crucial industrial licenses have been given by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, after clearances from the Indian Defence Ministry. The clearance of these licenses will make Dynamatic Technologies work closely with the defence agencies in the country.

Dynamatic Technologies has been associated with the Indian defence industry and have also developed various engineering components and systems for India. Dynamatics Technologies already has a license to manufacture aircraft parts and accessories. Recently, it has delivered the first prototype of the Mobile Surveillance Vehicle, the ‘Dynamatic Rakshak’, to one of India’s national security forces for field trials. The Dynamatic Rakshak is equipped with a sophisticated surveillance system to monitor infiltration in border areas. It is equipped to provide real-time visual Intelligence as well.

Dynamatic Aerospace, part of the Dynamatic Technologies, has the largest infrastructure in the Indian private sector for the manufacture of complex aero structures. Dynamatic Aerospace has closely partnered agencies like the Ministry of Defence and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) on key projects including the Wing and Rear Fuselage of the ‘Lakshya’, India’s Pilotless Target Aircraft.
